"Brooklyn Bridges"
A movie shown below of a 1989 urban design competition to "Bridge over the Divide" created by the approach to the Brooklyn Bridge.
Blue glass buildings extend the adjacent streets through the site, and contain retail stores, offices, and apartments. Red and green glass sloping "Bridge Buildings", with escalators, join together above the bridge approach and provide public park services including rest areas and transient hotel accommodations.

A movie shown below, with music, of a 3 story (10) unit apartment building with (10) private garages attached to 2 bedroom dwelling units with private access stairs. At the center, a conventional 3 story public hall and entrance stair provides visitor access. Constructed out of 53' long ISO steel shipping containers.

This movie shows a recreation of an Architectural competition entry from 1992 for "The Most Beautiful House in the World".
A "checkerboard" design theme alternates living and bedroom wings with landscaped open areas. It also updates the traditional "duplex" apartment model to create a spacious 4 unit apartment building with 8 cars of parking.
Walking through the central hallway, covered with skylights, the occupants can see their neighbor's shadows through the glass screens...
